Returns are accepted within 30 days. Product(s) must be in new condition for a full return. If item(s) is/are damaged, ie stained, torn, etc, no refund will be processed. Notice of the intent to return a product should be sent to KarenSilva@kmscrochet.com and list the product(s) being sent back. Returns are at the buyer’s expense.

Custom orders are non-returnable, non-refundable once shipped.
